Welcome to the inspiring Reiki I (Shoden) course and open the doors to the world of energy healing!
Reiki is a traditional energy healing method developed in Japan, where universal energy is transmitted to the recipient. Reiki calms and balances the mind, enhances vitality, and clears energy blockages in the body. It encompasses both a meditative and spiritual lifestyle and the practice of self and others’ healing.
In the first-level course, you will learn the fundamentals of Reiki and how to provide healing for yourself and others. The course teaches original healing techniques developed by Mikao Usui. It spans over two days, during which you will receive two Reiki attunements enabling the flow of Reiki energy and establishing a connection to universal energy. One attunement is given on the first day, and the second on the following day.

- History, basics, and principles of Reiki
- Hand positions and their meanings
- Self-healing and practical exercises
- Healing others and practical exercises (including treatment table practice and providing seated sessions)
- Healing methods for animals/plants, etc.
- Chakras and their use in healing work
- Meditation and breathing exercises
- Two Reiki attunements
- Written course material
- Certificate of completion for Usui Reiki Level 1 course
