Our Ayurveda centre offers Ayurvedic treatments and consultations, workshops and lectures on Ayurveda and natural medicine, sports massage, yoga classes, Reiki treatments and a lot of other inspiring things. Ayurveda, which comes from Sanskrit meaning the science of life, is a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. “Saharogya” means healthy, and we believe that a healthy life is everyone’s right. Therefore, we want to offer treatments and natural products that enables people to start their own journey to maintain and enhance their wellbeing.
We would like invite you to our opening on Friday 31st, March @5pm-7pm! You will hear more about Ayurveda, natural medicine, and activities in our centre. We will also have a raffle of Ayurvedic products that might kick start your own Ayurvedic journey.
