Join us on Wednesday the 28th of June at 7pm at Saharogya – Centro Ayurveda y Yoga to learn how you can practice self-care in a simple way with Ayurvedic self-care routines and yoga.
We will go through different Ayurvedic routines and cleansing practices. You will get Ayurvedic tips on self-care and a delicious recipe for an Ayurvedic meal that helps you to support digestion. In addition, you will also learn some breathing and yoga practices that are suitable for everyone.
