 Yin yoga is a more passive yoga style where poses are held for a longer time, i.e. 3-10 minutes. In this way, we are able to stretch deeper connective tissues. When stretched regularly, it increases the overall mobility, flexibility, circulation, and range of motion in the joints and ligaments.

With a more meditative pace, Yin yoga helps to release stress which is stored in our deeper tissues. In addition, it brings clarity, harmony and emotional balance.
